Hokkaido
The vineyard of Furano on the island of Hokkaido in Japan. They create wine since 1972. You can visit the vineyard, it’s free and you can also test the wines. Wines that they offer are really specials and fabulous. For red wines, they use the grape varieties of Cascade and Weigelt. For white wine they use Aurore.

In the town of Yamanashi take time to try the most interesting white wine of Japan, the Koshu. The wine Koshu was created in the VI century by Buddhist monks. This wine is really appreciating in Japan because it’s an excellent Vin de Table. This is also a prestigious wine that is served in gastronomic restaurants. This incredible knowledge makes this wine really special.

On the Island of Hokkaido there is a wonderful hotel,
La Vista Hakodate Bay. There is a really famous and typical spa in this hotel. The rooms are really comfortable and nice, the breakfast is amazing and delicious and the staff is lovely.
